Who this covers
O.C.T VIDEO PRODUCTION LLC, an Illinois limited liability company trading as OCT Productions, based in Chicago, Illinois. It is run by one person, Isaac Ortega.
It also runs one private internal assistant. On the Google consent screen that assistant is named Claude Sheets, in the Google Cloud project project-6d92a5d6-9353-4c61-b5e. It is the same business and the same person: internal software the owner uses to run the studio. It signs in to exactly one Google Account, his own. No client, visitor, contractor or employee signs in to it, and it holds no account for anyone else.
So this policy keeps two things separate: what this website and its booking pages collect from you, and what the assistant touches inside that one Google Account. The site is made for businesses and is not directed at children.
What this website collects
Nothing. This page and the campaign page at the root of this domain have no forms, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no cookies. They write nothing into your browser and they send nothing about you to us.
Two things still happen, because they happen on any web page:
- Fonts. The page loads Archivo and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts. Your browser makes that request directly to Google, so Google receives your IP address, your browser User Agent and the address of the page. We never receive or store any of it.
- Hosting logs. This site is served by Vercel and the booking pages by Cloudflare. Both keep their own request logs, including IP addresses, as part of running a web server. Those logs stay with those platforms and nothing from them is copied into any OCT Productions record.
What you give us when you book a call
The booking page is the only form on any OCT Productions site. This is everything it takes.
It is used to hold the call, to prepare for it, and to follow up about your project. It is not added to a marketing list and you will not be sent anything you did not ask for.
Calls, and when they are recorded
We often take notes from a call by recording the audio and having it transcribed, so you leave with a written summary and clear next steps rather than relying on anyone’s memory.
We ask you before the call and we only record if you say yes. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not. It changes nothing about the work.
No video and no image of you is recorded or analysed. The recording and transcript are used to produce the notes and the summary for your project. They stay on the owner’s own machine, they are not shared outside the studio, and they are never used to train any model. Ask for a recording or transcript to be deleted and it will be.
The Google Account the assistant uses
The assistant signs in to one Google Account, the owner’s own, and asks for these permissions and no others. Each one is here because a specific piece of the studio depends on it.
If you have emailed the owner, or he has emailed you, your message sits in that mailbox like any other. The assistant reads it only to tell him about it. Nothing about you is copied into a separate store because of it.
To summarise mail or draft a reply, only the text needed for that one task is sent to the model provider that performs it, which is Groq or Google Gemini, and the answer comes back. Each handles it under its own published terms, linked here, so you can read them yourself. OCT Productions keeps no copy of what is sent and never uses any of it to train anything.
What is never done with it
Google user data obtained through those permissions is never used or transferred for any of the following, by OCT Productions or by anyone acting for it:
- advertising of any kind, including retargeting, personalised advertising and interest based advertising
- sale, rent or transfer to a data broker or an information reseller
- determining credit worthiness, or any lending purpose
- building or enriching a database, a profile or a mailing list of any person
- training generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether ours or anyone else’s
Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with a third party for that party’s own purposes. The only parties that ever see any of it are the platforms named on this page, each doing the one job it is named for.
Where it lives, and how long it stays
The assistant runs on a single private computer the owner controls, in his own home, behind an account password. It is not a hosted service and no one else has a login to it.
One exception, stated plainly because it is the honest position: the assistant sends the owner push alerts through ntfy.sh, a third party notification relay. Those alerts can contain short summaries. Nothing a client submits through the booking page is sent that way.
Google credentials are held as a token file on that machine. The token is what the assistant uses instead of a password, and revoking it ends everything at once.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, and it will be sent back to you. You can ask for your booking record, a call recording, a transcript, or a testimonial you gave to be deleted. Ask by email and it is done, at no cost, with no argument.
Leave the reminder box unticked when you book and no phone number is stored at all.
Access to the Google Account can be revoked by the owner at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by deleting the token file. Either ends the assistant’s access immediately.
Limited Use, changes, and how to reach us
OCT Productions’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Nothing here is applied backwards to information already collected under an earlier version.
